Makeover

So...

My old friend came over last night. I have not seen her for 14 years.

She gave me a makeover. Dyed and cut my hair, did my makeup everything.

I like the hair color, but still can't decide if I like the cut and style. I guess I will try it, but I just don't know.

Congrats Amanda and Bobby

My cousin Amanda got married this weekend. Well, she was already married so I guess this was for the family. I had a wonderful time with my family despite Dustin's attitude problem during dinner. The next morning I felt like hell and remembered why I'm not supposed to drink like that anymore. My knees are still so sore it hurts to move my legs. I suppose that is from all the dancing although they were not hurting last weekend after the anniversary party we went to.

I went to the doctor this past week, he put me on some blood pressure pills and referred me to a cardiologist which I can not get in to see for a month.

I guess enough boring updates!

Dinner with the family

So, last night I am still in the area, not on my way home, so I called my Mom to ask her what was for dinner! Hey, I figure that my baby sister and my brother do it all the time, so why couldn't I? Well, of course, she says "Well, what do you want for dinner?" My Dad wanted pizza, so we ended up going out to this pizza place. I had never been there, it was nice. It was me, Dustin, Myles, Luke, my Mom, my Dad, my brother, my sister, and my 2 year old nephew.
I guess, I have never really thought about it too much, but my Lord, we are so loud when we are all together! It was really nice to spend time with them and, well, it was just really nice. And, I did not have to cook dinner! That was good too. =)

Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone. I hope that this year brings much joy for everyone. I am looking forward to new beginnings this year in many ways. School, my children, my significant other, my employment, and much more. I hope that everyone had a great New Year's Eve. I spent the evening with my family at my parent's house. It was an interesting evening, but fun nonetheless.

Trick or Treating

Luke was spiderman again this year. He could barely breathe through that mask, but wore it most of the night.
We took all the cousins together, minus the older kids, they went off on their own.

This is the parade that we took with us trick or treating. My two sisters, my sister's boyfriend, the four kids and myself!

This house was really cool.

So after trick or treating, My sister, My mother and I went on this scavenger hunt that the town had set up. It was so much fun. We had to go to the graveyard, a church, and we raided my sister's house and went to her neighbor's houses asking if they had items on the list. We didn't do too bad. We got 4th or 5th place. Some gift certificates. It was really a good time.
